Are your products genuine?
Yes — always. Growing up in the UAE, Arabian perfumery was part of everyday life. This foundation shaped our understanding of true quality, depth, longevity, and character.
Every fragrance is sourced from trusted Middle Eastern suppliers and established perfume houses to ensure complete authenticity. We source our products directly from trusted brands and authorised distributors, including brands such as Al Jawdah, Yusuf Bhai, Khadlaj, Lattafa, Zahrat Al Aqsa and other Middle Eastern fragrance houses.
Where is my order?
Orders are processed within 3 working days, with dispatch completed as soon as possible.
Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location, in line with Australia Post timelines.
During peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter, please allow additional time as postal delays may occur.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on orders over $79.
A flat rate of $15 applies to all other orders.
Do you offer express post?
Due to shipping regulations, perfumes are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be sent via express post. All orders are shipped using standard delivery.
Can I change or return my order?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, and returns are not accepted on opened products.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Australia Post.
How long do your perfumes last?
Our fragrances are oil-based and highly concentrated, designed to deliver exceptional longevity.
Each scent evolves on the skin and typically lasts throughout the day.
Do you ship internationally?
At present, we ship within Australia. International shipping options may be introduced in the future.
Why does the scent smell different on my skin?
Fragrance is personal. Each oil interacts uniquely with your skin chemistry, allowing the scent to develop in a way that is entirely your own.
